Support and Reintegration Model for Veterans
As part of the program, the company takes a comprehensive approach to reintegrating veterans into the workforce. This includes not only medical assistance but also psychological support to overcome post-traumatic stress disorder and other psychological issues, as well as legal advice regarding the protection of veterans’ rights.
Additionally, ‘Interpipe’ provides opportunities for professional retraining and employment, taking into account the individual needs and physical condition of each veteran. This allows for their successful integration into civilian employment and ensures a stable future.
According to company representatives, this model helps veterans not only return to their usual lives but also honors their courage and dedication to Ukraine. They emphasize that supporting veterans is an important component of corporate responsibility and the patriotic stance of the enterprise.
