Modern solutions in infrastructure and materials

The Peretyn project stands out for its implementation of the “raw materials” concept — using concrete, metal, and wood without additional processing. A retail park, Obriy, is already operational on the complex’s premises, featuring well-known companies such as “Epicenter,” “Nova Poshta,” Jysk, Sinsay, “Aurora,” and others.

Development plan for the complex and innovations

The logistics center’s infrastructure includes warehouse spaces of various sizes — from 89 to 13,000 square meters. A notable innovation will be the first warehouse in Ukraine built from stabilized pine using glued laminated timber technology with fire-resistant coating to enhance fire safety. The construction plans include creating eight phases of warehouse spaces and two phases of retail spaces.

It is expected that the logistics center, covering 51,000 square meters, will create over 700 jobs.

The first facilities of the complex are set to be commissioned by the end of this year, with full completion of construction planned for mid-2026.
