Construction has begun on the new shopping and entertainment center Kvartal City in Lviv, with its opening scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2027. The new shopping center will be located on the northwestern outskirts of the city, near the international M10 highway leading to the Polish border.

Parameters and Infrastructure of the Future Complex
The total area of the new complex will reach nearly 50,000 square meters, with a leasable area of 20,000 square meters. The shopping center will have three floors and a parking facility designed for 523 vehicles. Kvartal City plans to host around 75 stores, a supermarket, departments for electronics, clothing, pharmacies, postal and banking services, as well as numerous dining establishments, a cinema, children’s areas, and a range of other services. Over 2,000 square meters of space is allocated for restaurants and food courts.
Retail Development Plans in Western Ukraine
As of now, an anchor tenant for the supermarket has already been identified, and negotiations with other major tenants are ongoing. In addition to the Lviv project, there are also plans to build a multifunctional complex in Mukachevo, Transcarpathia, featuring apartments, a swimming pool, shops, restaurants, and outdoor seating areas.
The new shopping center will be part of the residential complex Residence City, which is being developed by the Lviv company Intel Development Group.
