Automotive Component Production in Brovary: “Budshlyakhmash” Invests $40 Million in a New Industrial Park

In Brovary, Kyiv region, the company “Budshlyakhmash” is starting large-scale construction of a modern production complex, where they plan to manufacture automotive frames starting in mid-2026. The new workshop, covering an area of 3,000 sq. m, will allow the enterprise to increase the localization level of its municipal and specialized equipment to 75%.

Scaling Production and New Opportunities

The production capacity of “Budshlyakhmash” currently allows for the release of about 70 units of equipment per month, including dump trucks, garbage trucks, mobile cranes, and tow trucks. At present, the average localization level of the equipment produced by the company is 40-60%. Meanwhile, according to current requirements for public procurement, in 2025 the minimum Ukrainian component in the equipment will be 25%, and by 2026 this figure will rise to 30%.

Investments in the Industrial Park and Machinery Cluster

By spring 2026, the company plans to launch a new production site that will serve as the foundation for creating an industrial park with a machinery cluster in Brovary. On an area of 11 hectares, 40,000 sq. m of modern industrial facilities are to be constructed. The total investment in this project will reach approximately $40 million.

After launching the production of automotive frames, “Budshlyakhmash” intends to start manufacturing wheel axles as well. Additionally, the enterprise has joined the state program for partial compensation of the cost of Ukrainian equipment, allowing clients to receive a 15% reimbursement of its cost.
