New Shopping Center in Kremenchuk
In Kremenchuk, located in the Poltava region, the city council is considering a project for the construction of a modern shopping center. It is planned that the new facility will be built on a plot of land measuring 0.3179 hectares, with a total construction area of about 1,400 square meters. The emergence of the new shopping center is expected to enhance the commercial potential of the area and contribute to the development of local infrastructure.
Development of Shopping and Entertainment Complexes in Volyn
In Lutsk, the construction of a shopping and entertainment center is actively underway near the recently opened McDonald’s restaurant. The owners of the future complex are already offering investors the opportunity to purchase premises covering over 260 square meters. The new shopping and entertainment center will consist of several buildings and will have its own parking lot. The facility is located next to a developed infrastructure, including postal service branches, dining establishments, office spaces, supermarkets, and educational institutions.
In Kovel, Volyn, the old city printing house has been renovated, resulting in the opening of a new shopping and office center called “Paragraph.” Following the renovation, stores from well-known chains, including Sinsay, Eva, and Spar, have already begun to open in the complex. The total area of the territory exceeds 7,000 square meters, and the center itself includes five separate facilities.
