Currently, the list of tenants for the future retail park is being formed. Silver Park plans to attract several anchor operators with stores ranging from 1,000 to 2,000 square meters, as well as a number of small-format retail outlets from 100 to 400 square meters. In total, up to 10 stores of various formats and retail segments will operate here, including retailers of home goods, household appliances, electronics, and fashion operators.

Recently, another significant retail park, Retail Park Mukachevo, opened in Mukachevo, with an area exceeding 8,600 square meters.
