The hotel operator Ribas Hotels Group, based in Odesa, has announced plans to open six new hotels, resorts, and apartment complexes in Ukraine by the end of 2026. The total number of rooms in the future properties will exceed 500 rooms and 80 cottages. New complexes will be established in the Kyiv, Vinnytsia, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Zakarpattia regions.

By the end of the current year, the opening of WOL Green Polyana in the village of Polyana in Zakarpattia is planned, as well as the first phase of the “Petrykor” complex in the Kyiv region. At the same time, several other projects are underway: WOL.311 Yaremche in Ivano-Frankivsk, WOL in Vinnytsia, AMA Family Resort in Bukovel, and AGAT Resort&SPA in the village of Mykulychyn in Ivano-Frankivsk.
Growing Demand and Network Development
According to the company, the current season is characterized by increased demand for hotel services in cities such as Lviv, Bukovel, and Odesa. Ribas Hotels Group notes that network players are returning to the market, and local networks are actively expanding their presence in the regions. The growth of the hotel market in terms of the number of properties is estimated at around 7% per year.
“Demand is growing. Network players are returning, and local networks, including ours, are expanding their presence in the regions. The market growth in terms of the number of properties is approximately 7% per year,” reported the operator, whose total room stock exceeds 1,000 rooms.
Ribas Hotels Group currently has over 50 projects at various stages, including both operational and those in the design or construction process. In addition to its development in the Ukrainian market, the company is also active in Poland and Indonesia.
