In the Rivne region, 225 families have already benefited from the state program for preferential lending to install solar power plants in households. A total of ₴106.1 million in loan funds at 0% interest has been allocated for this purpose, enabling families to fully equip their homes with modern equipment for autonomous electricity production, including solar panels, inverters, batteries, and related devices.

Growth of Private Generation in Rivne Region
Currently, there are 1,715 households in the region with their own solar power plants. The total capacity of private electricity generation in the region reaches 44.7 MW. This significantly enhances the energy resilience of the area and contributes to reducing dependence on centralized energy sources.
First Contract for Energy Modernization of an Apartment Building in Volyn Region
In Lutsk, in Volyn, the first contract has been signed between the Decarbonization Fund of Ukraine and the Energy Efficiency Fund for the provision of state financial assistance for the comprehensive energy modernization of an apartment building. The project cost is ₴12.7 million. Thanks to the modernization, residents will be able to save over ₴682,000 annually on energy costs. State support stipulates that the preferential loan from the Decarbonization Fund will cover 30% of the modernization cost, while the remainder will be compensated by the Energy Efficiency Fund.
