The average salary in job vacancies where employers offer housing reached 30,000 hryvnias in February 2026, equivalent to 694 dollars at the average monthly exchange rate. In comparison, in February 2025, this figure was 25,000 hryvnias (649 dollars). Thus, over the year, the average salary in such offers increased by 20%.

Demand for Job Vacancies with Housing Significantly Decreased
Despite the noticeable increase in salaries, the number of job vacancies with housing slightly decreased: in February 2026, employers posted 8,464 such advertisements, which is 6% less than the previous year (9,044 vacancies). However, the demand for such offers fell even more significantly – the number of responses to jobs with housing decreased by 26% over the year.
Production Sector and Regional Features
The production sector offers the most job vacancies with housing – 1,569 positions with a median salary of 32,500 hryvnias (754 dollars), which is 18% higher than a year ago. Besides production specialties, there is demand for vacancies for security guards, drivers, laborers, loaders, caregivers, builders, salespeople, and auto mechanics.
The most job vacancies with housing are traditionally located in the Kyiv region – 3,346, with a median salary of 31,500 hryvnias (731 dollars), which is 15% higher than last year’s figure. The fewest offers of this type are in Mykolaiv (91 vacancies), Donetsk (26 vacancies), and Kherson (20 vacancies) regions. At the same time, even in these regions, salaries in job vacancies with housing increased by 18–43% year-on-year.

Meanwhile, the number of such vacancies this year decreased by 6% – 8,464 compared to 9,044 in 2025. Regarding the demand for jobs with housing – it fell by 26% over the year.”
