The Ukrainian investment group BGV Group Management has signed a memorandum for further cooperation with two construction companies in Saudi Arabia. This took place during a meeting of the Joint Ukrainian-Saudi Business Council held in Riyadh.

Participation of Ukrainian Companies and Project Scale
The Ukrainian delegation was represented by private companies operating in key sectors of the national economy. In total, these enterprises provide jobs for over 150,000 employees and contribute approximately 4% of Ukraine’s gross domestic product. The total value of the projects presented in the capital of Saudi Arabia exceeds 1 billion US dollars.
Terms of the Memorandum and Future Plans
The signed memorandum outlines the next steps – conducting negotiations, analyzing joint opportunities, and planning specific stages for the implementation of potential projects. The parties have agreed to establish industry working groups, develop a roadmap for cooperation, and organize the next council meeting in an expanded format.
BGV Group Management is an investment group founded in 2015 that develops projects in extraction, energy, infrastructure, retail, development, as well as in education and sports.
Since 2022, BGV Group Management has been focusing particularly on the development sector, considering the need for the restoration and construction of new residential, commercial, and infrastructure facilities. In June 2024, a new company was established within the group – BGV Development, which specializes specifically in development projects.
