The International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank, intends to allocate €5 million for the capital of the Flyer One Ventures fund. This investment will be aimed at supporting technology companies in Ukraine as well as in Central and Eastern European countries. A decision on this project will be considered by the Board of Directors on June 20, 2025.

It is anticipated that the project will receive support from a donor under the “Economic Resilience” (ERA) program for Ukraine. Japan is prepared to invest up to $3 million in this project through blended financing.
IFC believes that investments in Flyer One Ventures will help strengthen the resilience of digital entrepreneurship in Ukraine and maintain activity in the local venture capital market.
Flyer One Ventures is an investment fund specializing in financing early-stage startups. Since its inception, the fund has already invested nearly $43 million in 87 startups, including Liki24, Fintech Farm, VOCHI, and Mate Academy.
