International Funding Programs for Ukrainian Enterprises in August 2025

Українські компанії в серпні мають можливість залучити фінансування в рамках низки міжнародних програм.

Ukrainian companies have gained the opportunity to attract additional funding in August 2025 thanks to a number of international programs. Support for small and medium-sized enterprises continues under the SME Resilience Alliance initiative, aimed at fostering entrepreneurship amid wartime challenges and economic recovery.

Key Offers for Businesses

  • The European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD) has opened applications for the 24-month Star Venture program. This program targets high-growth potential startups and provides access to an international network of mentors, investors, and corporate partners, as well as facilitating business entry into foreign markets.
  • Another initiative from the EBRD offers grants of up to 30,000 euros for businesses relocating their operations from active combat zones to safer regions of Ukraine.
  • A joint program by PrivatBank and the EBRD allocates 600 million euros to simplify lending for Ukrainian companies. Special emphasis is placed on supporting relocated and frontline enterprises, their integration into European supply chains, and the implementation of energy-efficient technologies.
  • The Ukraine Economic Resilience Program by Mercy Corps aims to assist businesses affected by the war. Under this program, entrepreneurs can receive grants of up to 20,000 dollars to restore operations and overcome economic difficulties.
  • Additionally, Mercy Corps is implementing the Ukraine Agricultural Support Program, which offers funding ranging from 75,000 to 150,000 dollars for the restoration and development of agricultural enterprises in designated regions of the country.
