Participants in the program will have the opportunity to earn four hours of educational credits, pending approval from the Nevada Continuing Legal Education Committee. Additionally, they will receive certificates of completion for submission in states where prior accreditation for CLE or CPE credits is not required.

Topics of the Educational Program

The program will cover important legal, regulatory, and business topics affecting the bitcoin industry. Special emphasis will be placed on:

  • the Trump administration’s policy on bitcoin, including strategic reserves, stablecoin regulation, and market transformation;
  • the legal environment for bitcoin usage in public companies;
  • court cases and the impact of regulatory restrictions on access to banking services;
  • legal risks of mining contracts and the nuances of commercial agreements, supply risks, and the evolution of regulatory requirements.

Registration for the event is open, with available packages for CLE & Industry Pass or CLE & VIP Whale Pass. Over 300 sponsors and 5,000 companies are expected to participate. Details can be found on the official conference website.
