In the Lanivtsi urban territorial community of Ternopil region, the construction of the “BIO-LAN” industrial park is actively ongoing. Documents for the registration of this project have already been submitted to the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine.

Over 200 new jobs are planned to be created, along with attracting investments amounting to €110 million. This project will also provide annual revenues of ₴7 million to the local budget.
Goals and Functionality of the Industrial Park
The main goal of the industrial park is to promote the development of processing capacities, particularly in the grain sector, as well as to encourage the transition to alternative energy sources in the region. “BIO-LAN” will specialize in the processing industry, specifically in the production of bioethanol and biogas.
The construction of office, commercial, production, and warehouse facilities, as well as engineering structures to support the operation of the park, is planned.
Current State of Construction
Currently, the construction of the main engineering and transport infrastructure of the industrial park is actively underway, including an elevator complex and warehouse buildings with an oil transfer station. The administrative building is also being renovated, and the construction of the main facilities for bioethanol and biogas production is being implemented.
It is worth noting that there are currently four industrial parks registered in Ternopil region, and the creation of three more is planned by the end of the year.
