The Blockchain Futurist Conference, the longest-running event in Canada dedicated to Web3, has concluded its seventh consecutive edition in Toronto. The event brought together numerous participants to exchange cutting-edge ideas, technologies, and visions for a decentralized future. This year, the organizers not only upheld traditions but also surprised guests with large-scale installations, NFT galleries, VR zones, and other innovative formats that connect the past of financial markets with the future of digital technologies.

Key Events and Innovations at the Conference
As part of Canada Crypto Week, the organizers created a true Web3 reality in the historic building of the Old Toronto Stock Exchange. During the event, over 120 experts spoke on two main stages, sharing insights on cryptocurrencies, blockchain, artificial intelligence, DeFi, and the prospects of decentralized systems.
Special attention was given to women in Web3 — seven ETHWomen sessions featured more than twenty speakers. A special content track for developers was organized by ETHToronto and the Wonder to the Future hackathon, hosted by WonderFi Labs. The program also included:

- Bitget Wallet Social Mixer — international networking;
- Privacy 2.0 — a discussion on privacy issues featuring Secret Network, SilentSwap, Hacken, and DAIS;

- NFT gallery Goat Gallery with over 150 artists;
- VR installations, lounge areas, and signature smoothies for VIP guests from Payper.
According to the organizers, over 120 additional events took place in Toronto during Canada Crypto Week, reaffirming the city’s status as a significant hub for the Web3 industry.

A New Chapter: Debut in Miami in November 2025
Following a successful run in Canada, the Blockchain Futurist Conference has announced its first American event, set to take place on November 5-6, 2025, at the Seminole Hard Rock Guitar Hotel and DAER Dayclub & Nightclub in Miami, Florida. The organizers plan an even more extensive program: five stages, two full days of events, activities both indoors and outdoors, private cabanas, ample networking opportunities, participation from international guests, and a focus on real business deals and strategic partnerships.
The upcoming conference is already positioned as the leading fall Web3 event in the U.S. Ticket sales are open, and applications are being accepted from speakers, media, volunteers, and partners.
