The Ukrainian company TAF Drones has undergone rebranding, changing its name to TAF Industries, and announced its intention to create a holding structure with TAF Industries as the parent company. Since mid-2023, TAF Industries has invested over 6 million dollars in acquiring stakes in other DefenceTech companies, strengthening its market presence. Currently, TAF Industries encompasses five enterprises engaged in the production of FPV drones, reconnaissance, electronic warfare systems, component imports, and software development. By the end of the year, the company plans to finalize two more investment agreements. In addition to acquiring stakes, TAF Industries is also acquiring small manufacturing capacities, using them as contractors.
