In November 2025, the international online forum IEEE Ukrainian Distributed Ledger Technology Forum (UADLTF-2025) will take place, bringing together experts in blockchain, Web3, and digital innovations. The forum will run from November 11 to 13 in a virtual format, with broadcasts available on the Incrypted YouTube channel.

Theme reBUIDL: Revitalizing Digital and Economic Ecosystems
This year’s central theme will be reBUIDL — the role of Web3 technologies and distributed ledgers (DLT) in rebuilding and strengthening the digital economy. The organizers, including IEEE Ukraine Section, IEEE Blockchain Technical Community, Linux Foundation Decentralized Trust, and Web3 Institute, emphasize the importance of collaboration among academic, industrial, and governmental communities to accelerate digital modernization.
Participants in the forum will have the opportunity to discuss how the implementation of DLT enhances the resilience of economies and explore examples of Web3 applications across various sectors. The program covers topics such as GovTech, digital infrastructure, wallets, DeFi, financial engineering, DePIN, RWA, cybersecurity, standards, regulation, education, and digital democracy.
