Ethereum and XRP Drive Cryptocurrency Market Growth

Significant growth in cryptocurrency values has occurred due to the dynamics of key assets such as Ethereum (ETH) and Ripple (XRP). Ethereum, the second-largest cryptocurrency in the world, has risen to over $3600, securing its place among the top 30 most valuable assets by capitalization. Over the past month, ETH has increased by 45%.

XRP has also shown significant momentum — its price rose nearly 20% in one day, reaching an all-time high of $3.65. As of now, the asset is trading at $3.56, and its market capitalization has surpassed $211 billion.

Favorable Regulatory Climate and Institutional Investments

Experts note that the market’s growth has largely been driven by positive changes in regulatory policy and increased interest from institutional investors. The passage of several important bills in the U.S., including the GENIUS Act regarding the regulation of stablecoins, has been one of the key catalysts for market activation.

“Traders are witnessing rising prices for digital assets due to support from regulators and institutions. We are optimistic about further growth as institutions actively integrate into the crypto industry,” explained Nick Rak, director of LVRG Research, in a comment to Cointelegraph.

Additionally, Nassar Al Achkar, strategic director of the CoinW exchange, added that the activation of traders in “risk mode” has been a response to positive news from the regulatory and institutional spheres. The market has also been influenced by plans from U.S. President Donald Trump, who intends to open the U.S. pension market for investment in crypto assets, which could attract trillions of dollars in institutional capital.

It is also worth noting that Bitcoin has not only surpassed the $123,000 mark but has also entered the top five most valuable assets in the world, further demonstrating the growing trust in the digital asset market. Analysts at CryptoQuant predict that Bitcoin’s capitalization could potentially reach $5 trillion in the coming years.
