Transaction Details and Investment Profit

The ICO participant initially invested only about $124, for which they received 401.1 ETH. At the time of the last transaction, the value of these tokens was estimated at approximately $835,000. This means that if the investor had decided to liquidate all received assets, their profit could have reached over 6700 times the initial investment.

“They invested only $124 in the ICO and received 401.1 ETH — now worth $835,000, representing a 6716-fold profit!”

Reactions and Discussions in the Crypto Community

In the X community (formerly Twitter), users noted the successful long-term strategy of the investor, who did not engage in trading, leverage, or other risky actions. One commentator emphasized that “$124 turned into $835,000 in ten years,” highlighting the importance of patience in the cryptocurrency market.

Some users speculate that the transfer may be a preparation for selling part of the assets or changing the method of storing the coins. Others point out that even with significant profits, liquidating such volumes of ETH can be challenging due to potential price slippage during large transactions.

As of March 2026, the price of Ethereum hovers around $1950.
