The Meteora protocol development team has confirmed that the Token Generation Event (TGE) will take place in October 2025. Currently, the preparation phase is underway, during which specialists are focused on enhancing the infrastructure and fine-tuning the key components of the project.

Infrastructure Enhancement and Finalization of the First Season
According to the developers, the past few months have been intense for the team: the main focus has been on implementing innovative solutions such as Dynamic Bonding Curve (DBC) and Dynamic Automated Market Maker V2 (DAMM V2). These tools allow for flexible token pricing and the creation of efficient liquidity pools, which have already formed the basis for several launchpads, including Believe, Bags, and daos.fun. Additionally, the team has successfully completed the calculation and distribution of points within the first season, officially closing this phase of the project.
Preparation for TGE and New Features for Users
In the coming weeks, the Meteora specialists will concentrate on stabilizing the infrastructure to withstand the expected high load during the TGE. Special attention will be given to the Dynamic Positions model, which allows users to manage their liquidity positions in the pools independently.
Additionally, the launch of the Airdrop Claim tool has been announced, which will ensure the quick receipt of tokens during distributions directly from the liquidity pools. This mechanism will also be used for the distribution of the MET asset during the TGE.
“We do not want to delay the preparation for the TGE too much. However, we will remain in this phase long enough to ensure that Meteora is rock solid. We will work very diligently on this,” the team stated.
