Reasons for the Resignation Decision

In his statement, Belych explained that key factors behind this decision were changes in his own vision for the future of the project, as well as his personal plans. He emphasized that he began exploring the cryptocurrency industry back in 2013 and has been fully dedicated to this field since 2017. Since 2019, Belych has made significant efforts to develop the company Polygon. According to the co-founder, during this time, the company has made a substantial contribution to the advancement of zero-knowledge technologies and established partnerships with leading global brands.

“Changes in the project and personal vision were the reasons for this decision.”

Support from Colleagues and Future Plans

Belych expressed confidence in the professionalism of the Polygon team and assured that he would continue to support the project in any way possible. Colleague and co-founder of Polygon Labs, Sandeep Nailwal, thanked Mykhailo for his contributions, noting that he was not only a co-founder but also a “brother.” Nailwal recalled the early stages of working on the project, when new ideas were formed on a whiteboard, strategies were developed, and management models were created.
