The NYSE Arca has submitted an official application to the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) for the registration of a new exchange-traded fund, the Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF. The aim of this initiative is to obtain approval for the listing and trading of shares of this fund on the NYSE Arca platform in accordance with current regulatory requirements.

Features of the New ETF
The Truth Social Bitcoin and Ethereum ETF is being managed by Yorkville America Digital, which is registered in Florida. The fund itself is classified as a business trust in the state of Nevada and operates under an agreement between the sponsor and the trust administrator. Custodial services for the fund are provided by Foris DAX Trust Company, which will be responsible for the secure storage of digital assets in dedicated segregated accounts, separate from the company’s own assets and those of other clients.
A portion of the fund’s assets will be held on the trading balance at Foris DAX, Inc., which serves as the primary transaction agent. The fund’s cash resources will be managed by a separate custodian, ensuring an additional layer of security.
Index Formation Bases and Partnerships
To determine the Bitcoin index, the fund uses data from platforms such as Crypto.com, Bitstamp, Bullish, Coinbase, Gemini, itBit, Kraken, and LMAX Digital as of March 31, 2025. For the Ethereum index, the same exchanges are considered, with the exception of Bullish.
“In its statement, TMTG emphasized its intention to strengthen its presence in the financial sector by combining traditional instruments with digital assets.”
Back in March 2025, the owner of the Truth Social brand — Trump Media & Technology Group (TMTG) — announced the signing of a non-binding agreement with the Crypto.com platform to launch ETF and ETP products under the Truth.Fi brand. Since January of this year, the financial structure of Truth.Fi has already invested up to $250 million in traditional assets, Bitcoin, and cryptocurrency derivatives, expanding its presence in the digital finance market.
In early June 2025, NYSE Arca had already submitted an application to the SEC for the launch of a separate Truth Social Bitcoin ETF. Now, the exchange is expanding investment opportunities by combining investments in Bitcoin and Ethereum on a single platform.
