Polymarket Added to the Register of Blocked Websites
According to NCEC Resolution No. 695, adopted on December 10, 2025, electronic communication service providers were mandated to block access to online resources that allow participation in gambling activities without the appropriate license.
The domain polymarket.com has already been included in the official list of blocked resources. From now on, the site is in the public register of prohibited web pages intended for organizing or conducting online gambling.

Access Polarization to the Platform
As of January 2026, some users can still access the Polymarket website, while others do not have such access due to blocking by providers. This indicates a gradual implementation of the NCEC’s decision among various internet service providers.
The Polymarket prediction platform’s website has been officially blocked in Ukraine. This decision was made by the National Commission for the Regulation of Electronic Communications (NCEC) on December 10, 2025, based on Resolution No. 695.
It is worth noting that Polymarket recently received approval from the U.S. Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) to operate in the United States, marking an important step towards the platform’s legalization in the international market.
