From June 8 to June 15, 2025, Kyiv became the center of one of the largest blockchain events in Ukraine and Eastern Europe — Ukrainian Blockchain Week (UBW’2025). The series of events organized by the Incrypted team brought together ten events dedicated to Web3, both in offline and online formats.

Main Events of the Week: Hackathons, Meetups, Conferences

During the week, over 4,000 people attended offline events, while the total number of online views exceeded 45,000. The reach of all UBW’2025 events surpassed 200,000 users. World-class speakers, representatives of leading Web3 companies, and officials from Ukraine participated in the events.

The week kicked off on June 8 with the AI sprint Vibe Coding Days, organized by ICP Ukraine and 3X Capital. The event gathered around 50 participants — developers and founders who had the opportunity to start developing projects based on ICP and exchange experiences in the field of artificial intelligence.

On June 10, the World Largest Hackathon: Kyiv Co-hack took place at the Sense Hub space. Supported by the Kumeka Team and partners, the event gathered over 80 participants and was dedicated to a global hackathon with a prize pool of over $1 million. The organizers shared insights on the effective use of AI tools for coding and winning the competition.

The Futureproof Job Fest, held on June 11 at UNIT.City, became a platform for those looking to start a career in Web3. Over 350 participants had the chance to interact with representatives from leading crypto companies, attend interviews, and participate in panel discussions featuring both Ukrainian and international experts, as well as government officials.

On June 12, the DOUBLETOP BBQ MEETUP, organized by DOUBLETOP and WhiteBIT, took place, where about 150 participants met in an informal atmosphere to exchange experiences and network. Among the guests was Anton Dziuba, CEO and co-founder of DOUBLETOP.

June 13 saw the FuckUp Night — a party focused on the biggest failures in the crypto community. About 200 participants had the opportunity to discuss their experiences with mistakes in Web3, enjoy music, and make new acquaintances.

Leading Conference and Online Events

From June 13 to June 15, the ETHKyiv Hackathon 2025 took place — a competition among teams for $40,000, showcasing innovative solutions for the blockchain industry.

Notably, the online event “Blockchain Regulation in the USA — Trends 2025,” organized by Juscutum, featured lawyers discussing key challenges and trends in blockchain market regulation in the USA, focusing on issues important for international business and founders of crypto projects.

The concluding event was the Quant Kyiv Meetup 2.0 on June 15, organized by W3B Events, OKX, and TradingView. The event brought together around 100 traders and analysts who discussed trading strategies on various cryptocurrency platforms.

On June 9, a large-scale Incrypted Online Marathon took place with over 35 speakers, including Binance CEO Richard Teng, Hacken co-founder Dmytro Budorin, NEAR co-founder Ilya Polosukhin, and others. Eight panel discussions attracted over 30,000 online viewers and more than 150,000 reactions.

The central event of Ukrainian Blockchain Week was the Incrypted Online Conference 2025, supported by over 50 partners, including Binance, OKX, BingX, MECX, and 1inch Network. The event saw participation from over 3,000 attendees and more than 50 speakers: OpenTimestamps founder Peter Todd, Chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Committee Danilo Hetmantsev, Member of Parliament Yaroslav Zheleznyak, Head of the National Securities and Stock Market Commission Ruslan Magomedov, DOUBLETOP co-founder Anton Dziuba, and others.
