The authorities of Kazakhstan have announced the intention of the Spanish company Tubacex to build the first seamless pipe manufacturing plant in Central Asia. This came after a meeting between Kazakhstan’s Foreign Minister Murat Nurtleu and the director of Tubacex, Stefano Manfredi, which took place in the city of Astana.
