By the end of 2025, the construction of 37 modern industrial enterprises has been completed or is underway in Ukraine’s industrial parks. The new factories span various sectors: agro-processing, food industry, furniture and woodworking production, machine engineering, and other areas. As a result of launching these enterprises, 3,716 new jobs have been created.

Government Support and Investment Attraction
In 2025, the Ukrainian government allocated ₴900.68 million to stimulate the development of industrial parks. According to the Ministry of Economy, every hryvnia invested by the state in the parks’ infrastructure attracts ₴5–6 in private investments. This approach significantly enhances the economic impact of government support and promotes the development of domestic industry.
Expansion of the Industrial Park Network
In 2025, the Ministry of Economy decided to provide state incentives to 13 industrial parks. As of December 31, 2025, 118 objects have been included in the Register of Industrial Parks of Ukraine, of which 24 were registered during 2025. At the same time, due to inactivity, eight parks were removed from the Register in the same year.
