Modern Technologies and Energy Efficiency
The future hub will combine advanced storage and processing technologies, providing various temperature regimes — from deep freezing to refrigerated and dry warehouses. The complex will be equipped with modern energy-efficient solutions, automated systems, and will meet international standards. A power connection of 3.5 MW is planned, with the possibility of using renewable energy. The total area of the facility will be 17,000 square meters, and construction will take place in two phases.
Implementation Timeline and Significance for the Region
The completion of the complex’s design is scheduled for 2025, with construction expected to begin in the spring of 2026. The launch of the first phase of the multi-temperature warehouse is anticipated in the first quarter of 2027.
It is noted that the project will strengthen Vinnytsia’s position as a key logistics center in Ukraine, provide new opportunities for the agricultural sector, retail, and pharmaceuticals, and integrate the region into the European logistics network.
