The Enselco Group has successfully completed a key stage in the integration of the assets of Agro-Region, which were acquired at the beginning of 2026. As a result of this deal, the land bank managed by Enselco has grown to 190,000 hectares. The group has added 41,000 hectares of agricultural land, as well as production and infrastructure facilities located in Kyiv, Chernihiv, Zhytomyr, and Khmelnytskyi regions.

According to group representatives, operational and technological synchronization of all assets has been carried out over the past two months, and a unified agro-cluster has been created. All organizational structures, production processes, and agrotechnologies have been unified, allowing for the implementation of common standards for planning and financial control across all divisions.
