Largest Bitcoin ETF Losses of the Week
The week began with negative dynamics: by Monday, October 13, the net outflow of funds amounted to $326 million. The only positive day was Tuesday, when the funds managed to attract $102 million. However, on Wednesday, the situation worsened again: $104 million was withdrawn from the funds. The worst day was October 16, when investors withdrew $536 million, followed by another $366 million the next day.
Investors withdrew over $1.23 billion from spot Bitcoin ETFs during the period from October 13 to 17, 2025. This is the second largest weekly outflow in the history of such products.

Outflow from Ethereum ETFs Also Intensified
Spot Ethereum ETFs also experienced significant investment outflows — during the same period, $311.8 million was withdrawn from them. The largest losses were recorded on Friday, October 13, when investors withdrew $428 million. However, on Monday and Tuesday, the situation temporarily improved, with inflows exceeding $400 million. By Wednesday, the trend turned negative again: on October 16, $57 million was withdrawn from the funds, and on October 17, another $232 million.

It is worth noting that this sharp decline occurred immediately after a successful week. From October 6 to 10, investors poured over $2.7 billion into Bitcoin ETFs and about $490 million into Ethereum ETFs.
