Growth Despite Martial Law

According to company representative Victoria Pazichuk, after the onset of Russia’s full-scale invasion of Ukraine, the company managed to double its production capacity. The main reason for this was the continued trust from the German client, who not only did not withdraw cooperation with the Ukrainian enterprise but even expanded order volumes during the war.

“The key factor for success was the trust of the German client, who not only did not take projects away during the war but even expanded cooperation.”

The enterprise actively collaborates with approximately 450 Ukrainian companies. Last year, the volume of interaction with Ukrainian suppliers reached €12 million (over ₴500 million), and the amount of taxes paid in a year was ₴500 million (€11 million). Kromberg & Schubert is committed to continuing to invest in long-term projects in Ukraine.

Expansion of Production and Investments

The successful operation of the Lutsk plant has spurred further development for the company. In 2025, a new facility was opened in Zhytomyr, indicating the company’s confident expansion in the Ukrainian market despite the challenging conditions of wartime.

Kromberg & Schubert has been operating in Ukraine since 2005, producing electronic systems for cars of globally renowned brands such as Volkswagen and Mercedes-Benz.
