Almost 80% of foreign investors express interest in opportunities related to the reconstruction of Ukraine. This is according to a survey conducted among representatives of international companies by Global Business for Ukraine and the European Business Association. According to the data, 79% of respondents view reconstruction projects as a promising area for investment, while another 13% are undecided, and only 8% have shown no interest.

Investment Plans and Priority Sectors
Among the survey participants, 49% are already investing in Ukraine, and another 40% plan to start in the future: 23% are ready to invest after the war ends, while 17% are considering beginning their investments even before the cessation of hostilities. The most attractive sectors for foreign investors include services (30%), infrastructure, transportation, and logistics (25%), construction and reconstruction (19%), energy and renewable sources (17%), as well as agriculture, manufacturing, and processing (17%).
Support Tools and Investor Motivation
Among the key tools that facilitate investment attraction, survey participants mentioned investment guarantees, insurance against military and political risks, tax incentives, and various investment stimuli. Investors particularly focus on support for establishing partnership contacts and expanding business connections.
Investors who are willing to start operations in the Ukrainian market even before the war ends are most interested in the construction and reconstruction sectors, services, and infrastructure. For this group, assistance in establishing cooperation and partnership relations is especially important.
