The state policy supporting domestic production under the brand ‘Made in Ukraine’ has significantly impacted the country’s economic development. By the end of 2025, this program complex ensured a growth in gross domestic product by 0.95 percentage points, which is 0.35 points higher than in 2024.

Key Areas of Government Support for Business
Prime Minister Yulia Svyrydenko emphasized the effectiveness of measures such as production localization, grant programs for the processing industry, partial compensation for the cost of Ukrainian machinery and equipment, the creation of industrial parks, assistance for projects with significant investments, and the development of export support tools. In 2025, 72,000 Ukrainian companies benefited from government support.

New Opportunities for Entrepreneurs in 2026
Among the most in-demand initiatives remains the preferential lending program. Over the year, entrepreneurs received nearly 29,000 loans totaling 88 billion UAH. For 2026, the government has planned to continue the ‘Made in Ukraine’ policy with a budget of approximately 37 billion UAH. All key funding areas have been preserved, and the launch of insurance against war risks, the expansion of the ‘Own Business’ program, and for the first time, the allocation of resources for promoting Ukrainian exports through national stands at international exhibitions have been announced.
