The State Property Fund of Ukraine has sold the sole property complex of the state enterprise ‘Project Institute Ukrmetrotunnelproject’, located in Kyiv, at auction. During the bidding, the lot’s price increased by 240% and reached 70 million UAH, which became the winning bid.

“The auction was won by the company ‘KUA Portofin’, which acted in the interests of the firm ‘DZDIP Profit’. Along with VAT, the winner must pay 84 million UAH. The new owner is also required to settle a debt of 34.11 million UAH and not to dismiss seven employees for six months.”
Details of privatization and sale conditions
The enterprise ‘Ukrmetrotunnelproject’ is located in two premises with areas of 759.4 and 1,672 square meters, respectively. The new owner is obliged to fulfill the privatization conditions, which include not only financial obligations but also guarantees of social protection for the staff.
Upcoming auctions of the State Property Fund
This week, 31 auctions for the privatization of state property are scheduled. Among the most attractive objects is the enterprise ‘Ukrnaftoprodukt’ in Kyiv with a starting price of over 18.8 million UAH, as well as the ‘Dniprovsky Research and Design Institute of Land Management’ in Dnipro, with a starting price of 1.17 million UAH.
At the beginning of next week, there will be an auction for the sale of the operational ‘Zarubynsky Distillery’ with a starting price of 155.99 million UAH. Additionally, on November 4, the sale of the state share package of the ‘Zaporizhzhia Aluminum Plant’ is planned, with an initial price of 151.9 million UAH.
