Strategic Programs and Partnerships

PrivatBank is implementing support programs for agribusiness in collaboration with European financial institutions. Additionally, the bank closely interacts with leading suppliers of fertilizers, seeds, and plant protection products. Approximately 60% of the loan funds are directed towards replenishing working capital, while the remaining 40% are allocated for investments and the acquisition of fixed assets for farmers.

Activation of Lending in State Banks

At the same time, Ukreximbank allocates 37% of its credit portfolio to the agro-industrial complex in the private sector. The financial institution actively lends to large and medium-sized companies, while offering small businesses participation in the state program “5-7-9%” and portfolio state guarantees. Over the first eight months of 2025, the bank increased financing for the agro-industrial complex by 44%. The bank pays special attention to supporting agricultural producers even in frontline regions, particularly in Sumy Oblast.

“Ukreximbank” supports the agricultural sector across Ukraine, including in the frontline region of Sumy.

According to analytical estimates, in 2025, banks are less likely to deny small businesses credit, creating favorable conditions for the development of agricultural enterprises. In contrast, large companies have somewhat reduced their use of credit resources.
