Representatives of the Ukrainian community on Steemit emphasized that this innovation is an important step in the development of the platform in Ukraine. The release notes that this reflects the growing interest in social blockchain solutions in the region. Overall, the number of registered users on Steemit is approaching 2 million.
“We are very happy and pleasantly surprised by the introduction of Ukrainian localization and consider it a great step in the gradual growth of the Ukrainian community on Steemit,” said a community member under the pseudonym o1eh.

The implementation of Ukrainian localization is part of the efforts of the Steemit team aimed at improving the functionality of both the platform itself and the Steem blockchain. Steemit offers not only communication opportunities but also earning potential through staking STEEM tokens. Content curators also receive rewards for the quality of materials, highlighting the importance of engaging the audience and active participation in the community.
The market capitalization of the STEEM token is $70.67 million, and at the end of April, the token price reached $0.17, but subsequently decreased, according to CoinMarketCap data.
