. The new 55-page document does not provide any security guarantees, and all US support provided to Ukraine during the war will be interpreted as a debt to be repaid from the profits of the agreement.

. President Volodymyr Zelensky stated that if any risky moments arise in the agreement, he will communicate this to the Ukrainian public. He emphasized that Ukraine is not ready to recognize American assistance as a debt.
Experts believe that the administration of former President Donald Trump deliberately included terms in the agreement that could become an “official” reason for conflict with the Ukrainian authorities. Minister of Economy Yulia Svyrydenko reported that the document is currently under discussion, and the Cabinet of Ministers is working to ensure it reflects all of Kyiv’s interests and is in the spirit of strategic partnership with Washington.
