A large bank of leased agricultural land, covering an area of 2,800 hectares, has been put up for sale in the Sambir district of Lviv region. The stated price for this asset is 6.17 million US dollars. The farm mainly specializes in crop production, particularly in growing soybeans, corn, and wheat. The plots of land are located near the border with the European Union and railway infrastructure, which enhances their investment attractiveness. In addition to the land, the enterprise owns additional assets: agricultural machinery, transportation, and a production base.
