State Compensation for Farmers

The reimbursement of part of the expenses will serve as a significant incentive for the development of livestock and processing industries, which is especially relevant in the context of a full-scale war and a challenging economic situation. The state aims to support producers who invest in modernization and expansion of production capacities, as well as to promote the preservation and creation of jobs in rural areas.

“Farmers who have built or reconstructed livestock farms will have their expenses reimbursed by the end of 2025.”

Expansion of the List of Equipment Eligible for State Compensation

In addition, the Ministry of Economy of Ukraine has updated and expanded the list of industrial equipment and machinery produced domestically, the purchase of which entitles buyers to a 15% reimbursement of the cost. The list has been supplemented with 92 new items, including transformers of various capacities, truck-mounted cranes, bridge cranes, as well as demining machines. The list now includes 656 items from 28 Ukrainian enterprises.

These changes will allow farmers not only to update their equipment fleet but also to stimulate the development of domestic machine engineering and the provision of modern technologies to the agricultural sector.
