A modern retail park is being constructed in the Transcarpathian region, covering an area of 3,500 square meters. The new shopping facility will be located in Uzhhorod, close to the international Kyiv-Chop highway, ensuring convenient access and a high flow of visitors — approximately 45,000 vehicles pass through this area daily.

Phase One: Main Building and Sports Zone
As part of the first phase of the project, the main building of the retail park will be constructed, along with a sports zone. It is planned that by May next year, the rental spaces will be handed over to retail operators for preparatory work and adaptation of the premises to meet their needs. The official opening of the shopping complex is scheduled for August 2026.

Convenient Location and Developed Infrastructure
The project aims to create a comfortable infrastructure for visitors. In particular, a spacious parking lot for 120 cars will be built next to the shopping center, which will help avoid parking difficulties even during peak hours. In the future, the second phase will involve the construction of auxiliary premises, expanding the functionality of the complex.
Among the potential tenants of the retail park are expected to be home goods stores, sports equipment retailers, fashion operators, as well as outlets for clothing and footwear. Due to its advantageous location and modern conditions, the retail park is set to become one of the key shopping hubs in the region.
