Current Status and Development Prospects of the Park

According to Ropytsky, a factory for the production of building materials by the Finnish company Peikko has already been constructed. Additionally, construction is ongoing for a facility of one of the largest global producers of consumer goods – Unilever, as well as the second phase of the factory for manufacturing high-rise equipment for construction work, Virastar.

Investment Appeal and Future Plans

“This year, three companies have purchased land from us, and we are currently negotiating the terms of cooperation. Two enterprises have already been built and put into operation, and three more are on the way,” said Andriy Ropytsky. He did not specify which investors are interested in the project, citing commercial confidentiality. At the same time, he emphasized that it is now easier to attract investors since the park already has “something to show them.” Ropytsky added that the area of the “Bila Tserkva” industrial park is 36 hectares and is already practically filled.
