This autumn, the Turkish fashion retailer LC Waikiki will join the list of tenants at the Cosmo Multimall shopping and entertainment center in Kyiv. This move indicates the company’s renewed commitment to active development in Ukraine and its intentions for further expansion across various regions of the country. The new LC Waikiki store will be another addition among the already well-known brands represented in the shopping gallery, such as House, Cropp, Sinsay, Argo, Levi’s, Colin’s, Intertop, and others.

LC Waikiki’s Plans for 2025-2027
In 2025, LC Waikiki plans to open new stores in Mukachevo (Zakarpattia region) and Chernivtsi. In 2026-2027, the company aims to launch over ten new retail outlets in various regions of Ukraine, demonstrating a long-term strategy for network expansion.
New Stores of International Retailers in Kyiv and Lutsk
At the same time, two international brands – CCC and HalfPrice – in collaboration with the broker Nhood Ukraine, will open new stores in the largest shopping and entertainment center in Eastern Europe, Blockbuster Mall, located in Kyiv. HalfPrice will present its largest store in Ukraine, covering more than 2,269 square meters. Both clothing and accessories chains are part of the CCC Group.
Additionally, on August 3, a new large store of the Polish brand Sinsay will open in the Lutsk shopping center “PortCity.” This brand specializes in selling clothing and home goods.
