This property was previously used as a potato storage facility, and its current estimated value is $1.93 million. The complex consists of two separate buildings that were constructed in 2014.
The property has a favorable location: it is situated 80 to 135 km from four major regional centers – Ternopil, Khmelnytskyi, Ivano-Frankivsk, and Chernivtsi. Important regional and national highways run nearby, allowing the complex to be used as a logistics center, production site, or grain storage facility.
Production Complex in Vinnytsia Region
An industrial complex covering over 17,000 square meters is for sale in the city of Ladyzhyn in Vinnytsia region. The price of the property is $2.5 million. The enterprise previously specialized in the production of reinforced concrete structures for residential and industrial construction.
The facility’s capacities allow for the production of up to 3,000 cubic meters of precast concrete and up to 5,000 cubic meters of ready-mixed concrete and mortars each month. Among the products are ceiling slabs, foundation blocks, curbs, rebar frames, and other items.
