Throughout 2025, developers in the Lviv region launched the highest number of new residential complexes for sale among all regions of Ukraine – 63 new projects were presented to investors. The Kyiv region (excluding the capital) ranked second, with 28 new residential complexes available for sale. Slightly fewer new buildings appeared in Ivano-Frankivsk and Transcarpathia, with 22 and 19 complexes respectively. Developers in Kyiv opened sales in 17 new residential complexes, allowing them to secure the fifth position in the ranking.

Increase in New Construction Market Entries
Overall, during the year, sales began in 214 residential complexes across Ukraine. In the Kyiv region (capital and area combined), the volume of new projects increased by 85% compared to the previous year, indicating a rise in activity in the residential construction sector.
Real Estate Demand and Price Dynamics
Experts note that the increase in the number of new projects is directly related to the growing demand and the return of so-called package investors, who invest in several apartments at the construction stage. There is particularly noticeable growth in interest in purchasing real estate for investment in Kyiv.
Regarding the price situation, by the end of the year, the lowest cost for a one-bedroom apartment was recorded in Sumy at $23,200, while in Lviv, such an object is the most expensive at $61,700.
From January to December, developers presented investors with 63 new residential complexes.
