In Lviv, the opening of several modern shopping and entertainment centers of various scales is planned over the next two years. New facilities will appear both in residential areas of the city and on its outskirts, allowing residents to choose the most convenient locations for shopping and leisure.

Among the upcoming openings is the Galas shopping mall, which will be located on an area of over 13,000 square meters. The opening of this complex is scheduled for the third quarter of 2025.

Another significant project is the multifunctional Washington City complex, which will combine residential buildings, a business center, public spaces, and a shopping mall. The rental area of the shopping center within this complex will be 18,300 square meters.

The Cinematic shopping mall, which is part of a new residential complex, will have a total area of 6,805 square meters. This center is aimed at residents of the new buildings and will feature modern infrastructure for leisure and shopping.

Major Projects and Development Prospects

One of the largest facilities to appear on the map of Lviv is the Kvartal City shopping and entertainment center. Its total area will reach nearly 50,000 square meters, with the opening planned for the first quarter of 2026.

Particular attention should be given to the Road Park shopping mall, which will be located on the ring road of Lviv near the village of Vynnyky. Its area will be 9,960 square meters. The project is aimed at motorists and residents of nearby communities and is set to become a convenient place for shopping and leisure.

In various districts of Lviv, a number of shopping malls are planned to open in the next two years. Among them are compact shopping centers in residential areas and multifunctional complexes with cinemas, swimming pools, and leisure zones.

Thus, by 2026, Lviv will have an updated infrastructure for shopping, leisure, and family recreation that meets the modern demands of city residents.
