The deal occurred after Digis merged with the Lviv startup Scalamandra last year, forming a new group. The financial terms of the acquisition are not officially disclosed, but experts estimate the deal’s value to be between $9 and $14 million. Scalamandra’s founder, Ilya Podavalkin, stated that his company’s stake in the deal was no less than $1 million. Podavalkin is leaving the business to pursue new projects, while Mykyta Nahatkin, the head of Digis, continues to work within the structure that emerged after the merger.

At the same time, Ukrainian technology entrepreneur Vadim Rogovsky, who works in the USA, raised $2 million in investments to develop his AI platform EVE. This platform integrates with the user’s email, helping to find missed or forgotten leads and track new business opportunities. The EVE service aims to achieve $1 million in revenue by July 2026, attracting approximately 200 clients.
