Fintech company Payoneer, which provides services for businesses worldwide, and the European Digital Innovation Hub WIN-WIN EDIH, established in Ukraine under the EU’s “Digital Europe” program with a total budget of €7.9 billion, have announced the launch of a partnership. The main goal of this collaboration is to support Ukrainian startups as well as small and medium-sized enterprises in their efforts to enter and scale in international markets.

Supporting Ukraine’s Innovative Ecosystem
The new initiative aims to develop the innovative ecosystem in Ukraine through knowledge sharing and practical educational programs. This collaboration is part of a larger project aimed at the digital transformation of the state and its integration into the European innovation market. Over the next four years, the program plans to reach more than 1,000 organizations, including startups, small and medium-sized enterprises, government institutions, and research centers.
Priority Areas and Technology Implementation
Within the partnership, the primary focus is on key areas such as artificial intelligence, the Internet of Things, cybersecurity, automation, EdTech, energy, and green technologies. The program promotes the implementation of DeepTech solutions and helps Ukrainian companies build sustainable competitiveness in the global market.
