According to the results of the first half of 2025, the total profit of six leading Ukrainian IT outsourcing companies — EPAM, GlobalLogic, Intellas, DXC Luxoft, Sigma Software, and Ciklum — decreased by 7.8%, amounting to 1.86 billion UAH. The decline in profits occurred against the backdrop of sharp fluctuations in financial results among individual companies.

Dynamics of Financial Indicators of Companies
The largest profit drop was recorded by Ciklum — its figure decreased by 34% to 36.4 million UAH. Another company, Intellas, reduced its profit by 28% to 115 million UAH. Meanwhile, Sigma Software demonstrated the highest growth among Ukrainian outsourcers: its profit rose from 86 to 113 million UAH.
The revenue of the six key market players increased by only 2.1% compared to the same period in 2024, reaching 22.4 billion UAH. EPAM remains the leader in revenue growth rates, maintaining double-digit growth (+11%) with 9.7 billion UAH. Intellas increased its revenue by almost 1%, while Sigma Software and DXC Luxoft saw their figures remain nearly unchanged (–0.4% and –1.1%, respectively). GlobalLogic lost 5% of its revenue, while Ciklum lost 10%.
Staff Reductions and Market Trends
The total number of employees in the six companies decreased by 3.3%: over 800 employees were laid off in the first half of the year. Experts note that the situation in the IT outsourcing market remains heterogeneous, with some companies demonstrating growth due to entering new markets or implementing optimization solutions. There is an ongoing reassessment of profitability and the quality of client portfolios.
