The State Property Fund has announced a privatization competition for the sale of the unique property complex of the state enterprise “Ukrkolorprom” in Dnipro. The total area of the property exceeds 1,370 square meters, and the starting price is set at 42.697 million UAH excluding VAT. The auction is scheduled for January 22. A significant portion of the buildings is located in the central part of the city, near developed transportation infrastructure, educational institutions, shops, and parks.

The lot includes an administrative building with an area of 305 square meters and non-residential structures covering 288 square meters in Dnipro, as well as production facilities with an area of 776 square meters in the city of Zhovti Vody in the Dnipropetrovsk region. According to the State Property Fund, this property is viewed as a promising investment for creating an office, logistics, or production center due to its advantageous location and substantial areas.

At the same time, the auction for the privatization of 99.99% of the shares of one of the largest chemical enterprises in the country – “Sumykhimprom”, which was supposed to take place on January 13, did not occur due to a lack of participants. The starting price for the share package was 1.088 billion UAH.
