New Stores and Modernization of Retail Outlets in Ukraine

The omnichannel electronics and home appliances retailer “Foxtrot,” which operates 126 stores in 68 cities across Ukraine, continues its active strategy of scaling and updating retail outlets. Recently, the company opened two new stores: one in Brovary, Kyiv region, covering an area of 1,696 square meters, and another – a renovated store in Uzhhorod, Zakarpattia, with an area of 655 square meters.

New Stores of Foreign Brands in Kharkiv and Abroad

A new store of the Italian brand Terranova has been launched in the Nikolsky shopping and entertainment center in Kharkiv. This is the retailer’s second store in the city, located on the -3 floor of the shopping center and covering an area of 287 square meters. This decision ensures the safety of visitors and allows for uninterrupted operations during air alerts. Earlier, a JYSK store covering 1,175 square meters opened on the same floor.

Additionally, establishments of the Ukrainian cider brand “Bilyi Nalyv” have opened in the Polish city of Poznań and the Slovak capital Bratislava. Both bars operate under a franchise and are part of a network that already includes locations in Wrocław, Warsaw, Gdańsk, and Łódź.

At the end of summer, the opening of a new retail park “Obriy Peretyn” covering 7,000 square meters is planned in the suburbs of Lviv. Contracts have already been signed with the first round of tenants, opening additional opportunities for the development of the regional retail sector.
