Key Investors and Funding Goals

Leading market players such as Galaxy Digital, Jump Crypto, and Multicoin Capital were the main participants in the investment round. A major shareholder of the company, C/M Capital Partners, also joined the investors. The funds raised will allow Forward Industries to develop and implement a digital treasury strategy that involves active participation in the Solana network and generating revenue from on-chain operations.

Investors provided not only capital but also strategic support to help Forward Industries structure and execute an innovative treasury strategy based on Solana. Their shared goal is to make the company one of the key public institutional participants in the Solana ecosystem.

“Solana has become one of the most promising blockchain ecosystems. We are confident in its long-term potential,” said Forward Industries CEO Michael Pritt.

Changes in Management and Future Plans

It is expected that Multicoin Capital co-founder Kyle Samani will take on the role of chairman of the board at Forward Industries. Representatives from Galaxy Digital and Jump Crypto — Chris Ferraro and Surabh Sharma — will join the board as observers.

The financial advisory for the deal was provided by Cantor Fitzgerald & Co. and Galaxy Investment Banking. Additionally, the company plans to sign a management support agreement with a division of Galaxy Asset Management, which is expected to strengthen its market position.

It is worth noting that earlier reports indicated Pantera Capital’s plans to raise $1.25 billion to acquire Solana, reflecting the growing interest of major investors in this ecosystem.
